Surgery it is

The conference concluded that they'll need to open Teddy up again to repair or replace the leaky valve. This isn't the best news, but it does mean, hopefully, that we can get past the roadblocks that have been keeping him in here. They're planning, tentatively, to do this Monday. I don't have a time or really any more details. As I get them, I'll update here.
