Update from 5 days in

Teddy has more or less adjusted to being home. He seems to require less of the constant attention that he was seeking when he first got here, and is much more content to sleep in his crib, rather than only when someone is holding him. In fact, he's a pretty good sleeper, and sleeps more or less for a good 4 hour stretch at night, if we let him. Amy is trying to breast feed, but he's a little bit spoiled by the bottle from the hospital. After about two or three weeks of the relative ease of the bottle, its difficult to get him to give it up. That doesn't stop us from tying, thought. And, of course, that's part of the challenge. We're rolling along nicely. The pediatrician said that he looked great, and that she could only barely hear any difference in his heart beat from any other kid. You'd expect a much bigger difference, so the surgery looks to have been good so far. We're meeting the cardiologist next Monday and we'll see how he's doing then.

The little sea horse in the picture, incidentally, has been his best friend since the hospital. He loves to stare at it when you press the yellow bit and it lights up and plays soft music.
