What's happening today

Here's the plan as it stands now. This morning around 9, Amy and I need to be at the hospital. Last Friday, Teddy wasn't turned the right way around, so they're looking at a Cesarian at the moment. They'll look again today and see if he's happened to flip, because believe me, he keeps flipping in the womb, and if so, they might decide to try to induce. If not, they're going to go ahead with the planned c-section at 11:00. Once he's out, we'll have a little bit of time with him, and then he'll go to Children's. Amy will stay at Riverside. If you want to visit Amy, you don't actually need me around to do that. If you want to visit Teddy, then you're going to have to coordinate with me so that we can get you visitor passes and the like. I'm guessing that he won't be available for any visiting for at least 4 or 5 hours after he's born, just between transit, check in, etc. I'll have my phone on me, but there's a pretty decent chance that I won't answer it immediately, especially after after around 10:30.

If you have any questions, e-mail or text, and I'll try to get back to you. If you're coming to visit Amy, go to the yellow parking lot at Riverside. Go into the maternal/fetal building back there, and go straight down the hall. There's a big information desk there. You can go to that desk and tell them you're here to see Amy Petry, and they can direct you from there. I'll try to update the blog as well, as things go on. I'm bringing my tablet to do just that.
