He's practicing

So, this should come as no surprise to anyone who's ever taken voice lessons, but breathing isn't something that we just do. You have to practice. And apparently, Possibly Ted is practicing. For the next several weeks, Amy has to go to "SNT"s twice a week. Basically, it's a stress-non-stress test, where they hope to hear Possibly Ted's heart rate rise and fall as he moves around. It's a crude way to test that his heart rate rises, and that he's getting himself ready to come out. So far, he's gotten an A+ on the first test he's had, and as I mentioned previously, he's practicing breathing inside of Amy and they were able to test his heart rate at that ultrasound. Of course, the grading scale here is A+, A (we need to watch this) and F (which means we have serious complications). However, they said that he's been pretty good about doing his thing on que. In shower news, the shower will be October 13th, maybe around 2:00, at Amy's mother's condo complex's party house. Once we have all the addresses for people, we'll be sending out invitations and directions.

Amy's tiny cat, Little Miss, has apparently decided she's OK with Possibly Ted moving around inside Amy. She's taken to napping with her little head propped up on Possibly Ted when Amy sits down and settles for a while. He's heard her purring now on many occasions as at least 2 of the three drift off to sleep. It's a little hard for me to tell if he's napping as well when they do that, but it's pretty adorable.

Other than that, things remain good. I plan to rip up carpet this weekend, and survey the damage to the floor beneath.
